What it is and how it works
Paracetamol provides analgesia and antipyresis and caffeine may enhance its analgesic effect and offset sedation; chlorphenamine is an H1-antihistamine reducing rhinorrhoea, sneezing and lacrimation; ascorbic acid is vitamin C.
Indications
Short-term symptomatic relief of common cold and influenza symptoms such as fever, headache, aches, sneezing and runny nose.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to any component; severe hepatic impairment; concurrent use of MAO inhibitors.
Warnings and precautions
Avoid other paracetamol-containing products to prevent overdose hepatotoxicity. May cause drowsiness; caution with alcohol, driving, glaucoma, prostatic hypertrophy and epilepsy. Excess caffeine intake may cause nervousness, insomnia and palpitations.
Pregnancy
Not recommended in pregnancy unless advised by a physician.

Store below 25 °C in a dry place, protected from light.
