We are the licence holder
Import licence, product registrations and IRC codes are in our name. There is no intermediary between you, us and the regulator.
Your licensed importer, registration holder and partner in Iran: in-house regulatory affairs, nationwide distribution, written responsibilities, offices in Istanbul, Hangzhou and Zhenjiang.
For foreign manufacturers
Hanpars is the trading name of Haniya Parsan Darou Co., a pharmaceutical importer in Tehran licensed by the Iran Food and Drug Administration (IFDA). We hold the marketing authorisations for the hospital and specialty medicines we import, prepare the dossiers ourselves and manage pharmacovigilance after approval.
For a foreign manufacturer this means one counterpart in Iran who is legally responsible for the product, answers to the regulator in your name, and reports back to you in writing. The figures below are the ones we publish on this site and keep up to date.
Portfolio snapshot and 2026 import activity, from our own records; the full lists are on the portfolio and import-activity pages. Registered portfolio · Import activity 2026

It depends on the product category, the dossier and the regulator’s queue. We give a written, dated estimate after the assessment and update it as the file progresses; we do not quote fixed timelines in advance.
Yes, both. We review your GMP status and documentation before we commit; you are welcome to audit our premises, records and the distributors we use.
Where local production is the better route, we coordinate licensed manufacturing on the lines of an Iranian GMP plant; see the contract development and manufacturing page.
Send the product, its registration status and your target for Iran. We reply with the next step.
